If you identify a potential cybersecurity vulnerability in one of our products or have information indicating such a vulnerability, please use the reporting form below. Your report will be centrally recorded, reviewed, and processed by our team.

Please provide as much specific information as possible, particularly regarding the affected product or system, the identified vulnerability, and the circumstances under which it occurred. This will help us assess and process your report efficiently.

Reports can be submitted in German or English.

Important: Cybersecurity vulnerabilities must be reported exclusively through this designated reporting channel. Reports submitted by phone, WhatsApp, verbally, or through other contact channels are not considered official reports.
